Monday Weigh-In

I guess it is technically Tuesday now, 12:21 in the morning, but I didn't have time earlier to do my "Monday Weigh-In" so here is goes.

I was a little hesitant to get on the scale this morning because I had a carefree weekend eating wise. But thank you scale for liking me today...

Last Monday: 201.2 pounds

Today: 199.6 pounds

Total loss: 1.6 pounds

Phew...that was a close one but I am still holding strong in onederland! Hey, I would still say onederland if my scale read 199.9999995 pounds! I did good today and ate about 1,100 calories so I am looking for the number to keep dropping slowly but surely.

Today I started thinking that I need to re-evaluate my weight loss goal for my birthday on April 18th. At the beginning of the year one of my goals for 2011 was to be in onederland by my birthday, the big 2-5!! But seeing that goal has come and gone I need a new goal for my birthday. It is about 5 weeks away. I figure 190 (which would mean losing 9 pounds) is a little too hopeful for 5 weeks but maybe I could do it. I was thinking more like 193? I am the type of person who needs to have goals set and something to work towards. This keeps me motivated and things interesting! Here's to April 18th and the big 25 :)

  1. 193 seems like an awesome goal and then if you lose more you are pleasently surprised! And you can eat more birthday cake and drink more celebratory margaritas on the big day ;)

  2. Yay! Onederland! You are rockin' the band, Girl! i wish you were here to rub against me, that sounds dirty... but maybe it's contagious. I meet with my personal trainer tomorrow for the first offical time... I am excited and scared, and hopeful. Yay! Miss you!

  5. I think 190 is obtainable! Make healthy choices, drink water and get your workouts on! :) I know whatever goal you choose, you'll hit it no problem!

  10. I say do 193 -- not need to put too much pressure on yourself. You are doing so well! That is fantastic that you are really living in Onederland now. Enjoy it! (And get ready to enjoy all that shopping... Anthro won't know what hit them!) :) :)

  11. Yea to you for holding on to Onderland. The scale has been toying with me for a few weeks, but it is slowey but surely inching down incrementally!
